Parsnip – White Gem

This is a half long type with very white flesh. It produces a great harvest of white roots.

Sow the seed from February onwards. Clear as many stones as possible to avoid the roots forking. Keep the seed moist, germination can be slow and erratic although fresh seed will bring better results.
