Salanova® Hilbert RZ is a green butter multileaf lettuce. It has a nice round base and strong leaves with a medium green leaf colour. Hilbert RZ is a member of the Salanova family; with just one cut at the base, the lettuce separates into numerous tasty, ready-to-eat, evenly proportioned baby-size leaves, which is an advantage for consumers, chefs and the fresh-cut industry alike. This variety has an upright growing habit, is easy to harvest and produces a high yield. Hilbert RZ is recommended for open-field and protected cultivation.
