Organic Radish – Saxa

This variety features round, scarlet roots that are early to mature.

Sow from February to August. Early sowings can be made in glasshouse, cold frame or under cloches. The roots hold their quality once mature. Alternatively, sow thinly outdoors in shallow drills 1cm deep with 15cm between rows. Radish plants do not need transplanting and, if sown carefully, thinning is not necessary. Sow a few seeds in a spare area for a quick crop.
