Shallot – Ambition

This variety produces a red/brown shallot with an attractive globe/elongated shape suitable for sowing in the Spring.

Sow in modules under cover. Germinate between 5 – 30C. They can be sown anytime from January onwards but the ideal is from mid February to March. Plant out after hardening off.
