Pak Choi – Red F1
The leaves of this pak choi turn from dark green to maroon as they mature. If you want to use the whole plant, harvest when it has reached around 10cm tall, or to use only the individual leaves, harvest when the plant is larger.
Sow late spring or late summer. Make the sowing undercover, transplant into final location with spacing of around 30cm.
