Coriander Lemon
This Coriander has a Lemon flavour and smell. Easy to grow. Used in salads and stir-fries as well as a garnish in cooking.
How to grow Lemon Coriander
When the soil has warmed up in the spring then sow the seeds thinly about 5 – 10mm deep. Germination should take about 10 -14 days, as the plants grow they can be thinned from 40 – 70cm. The leaves can be harvest as soon as plants are large enough or wait until they have produced seeds which can be dried and used in cooking. Grows well on a windowsill.
